Dear customer
On the 31st of January 2020 the World Health Organisation declared a global emergency over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
China’s efforts to prevent the virus from spreading has included an extension to the Lunar New year holiday and government-imposed city level quarantines.
Whilst an extensive number of our suppliers are European based it is evident that as an apparel industry we rely heavily on raw materials and trimmings originating in some form from China.
In the short term we have substantial stocks of our extensive range of Professional protective clothing products. However, we have started to see a slowdown of raw materials arriving at our Myanmar production facility which does affect our production output. This will result in some extended or delayed lead times.
The extent of which will depend on the reactivation of the full production capacity in China and the complete supply chain including transport.
Our system-generated lead times for the impacted product’s may be subject to change.
We will do our upmost to keep you informed. Customers anticipating on their needs by giving us forward orders will be handled with priority. Should you have any questions please contact our sales department.
